The Queensland Treasury Corporation is driving a cultural transformation to support and enable structural changes which were implemented to improve organisational effectiveness. This focuses on a shift from being a provider of transactional services to becoming a business advisor to Queensland government agencies. The employees are critical to the success of this transformation.

This session will explore the programs and strategies that are working to empower employees to do the best work of their career.

  • Understanding career goals and objective of the employees and ensuring the their journey with QTC aligns with this
  • Collaborating with line managers to map out career paths
  • Curating programs to build engagement and inspire employees : 30 under 30
  • Developing leadership programs
